Who is the course for?

For adults, Bible study groups, and facilitators seeking restoration in Christ. The course can also support prison ministry and preparation for reentry, with attention to safety, consent, and individual circumstances. No prior theological training is required.

The intended transformation

From shame, fear, and isolation toward identity in Christ, responsible truthfulness, gracious practices, safe relationships, and service. Freedom is Christ’s gift and a journey of learning to walk by the Spirit; the course promises neither instant healing nor a trouble-free life.

A weekly learning rhythm

Allow 45–60 minutes of study alongside brief periods of practice. A longer article can be read across two days. Every lesson is open; one lesson each week is recommended, with pace adapted to circumstances.

  1. Days 1–2: Read the whole passage and core article; notice the message and God’s action.
  2. Days 3–4: Explore the lesson and gallery, answer three questions, and reflect in a notebook or account.
  3. Days 5–6: Try one faithful practice, accompanied by prayer, rest, and support.
  4. Day 7: Record a practice attempted, obstacle, question, and next step. A brief conversation with a trusted companion is optional.

No live meeting is scheduled on the site. A group may agree on meeting dates and times.

Before week one

The door is open; the journey begins
